How to give a portrait

Find a favourite photo of their pet: from social media, a shared album, or ask a family member to send one. Create the portrait, choose a canvas or fine art print, and enter their address at checkout. We deliver it straight to their door.

You can add a few words beneath the portrait, such as the pet’s name and years, or a line of your own. It arrives carefully packed, ready to hang.

A gift that doesn't ask anything of them

Grief is tiring. A portrait asks for nothing: no replies, no decisions. It simply arrives, and says that someone understood what that companion meant to them.

Looked over with care

Because this is a gift for someone at a tender time, every portrait is checked by a person before it is printed. If you are unhappy with it before printing, for any reason, we will refund you in full.

Can I order it for someone else?

Of course. Enter their address at checkout and it will be delivered straight to them. Many people choose a portrait as a gift for a friend.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where their face and eyes are easy to see. It does not need to be professional; a phone photo is perfect. Our photo guide has a few simple tips.

How long does it take?

Once you order, we look over the portrait by hand before it goes to print. Most are printed within a few working days and then travel by tracked courier, usually arriving a day or two later.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Every price includes tracked delivery anywhere in the UK. We currently deliver within the UK only.

What if I'm not happy, or it arrives damaged?

If you are unhappy with the portrait before it is printed, for any reason, we will refund you in full. If it arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you. Just reply to your order email.
