These are the simple terms on which MyOldFriend creates and sends your portrait.

Your portrait

We create each portrait from the photo you share, using artificial intelligence guided by our chosen styles. Every portrait is looked over by a person before it is printed. Please only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use.

If you are not happy

If you are unhappy with your portrait for any reason before it is printed, tell us and we will refund you in full. Once printed, if it arrives damaged or not as ordered, we will replace it or refund you.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We will email you when your portrait is on its way.

Your photos

Your photo remains yours. We use it only to make your portrait, and delete it as described in our privacy page. Previews shown on this website are marked and shown at low resolution; the full portrait is only ever sent to our print partner.
